Honestly one of my teachers that i’ve had in the past couldn’t say my name and so he had to resort to using my last name and it’s not very easily found on keychains or anything…. but i also don’t like it cuz’ i look ugly af and NOTHING lile a flower… I wish i looked more like my cousin….

I have met 2 other Yesenia’s in my lifetime and one even had my last name!! Do they mean of spanish origin or the language overall…. People will always pronounce my name Yiisiiniia or Jessenia with a heave J that sounds like CH. I have changed my nametag to Yesi to make it easy on me. Is the pronunciation different in other countries?

Yesenia is also a name used a few generations ago in Ukraine. You can still meet women named Yesenia in Ukrainian and Russian speaking countries. And, yes, these women are very beautiful flowers.
